Founder NISHTA IAS
Shri Arun Y.C is a retired soldier who served in Indian Army for 9 years 10 months. Post retirement he opted for being an entrepreneur. Currently he runs a group of companies in the renewable energy sector. ARVS Power solutions pvt limited and AGP elite training pvt limited are the major companies which he has founded. His dream for providing quality and affordable career oriented education for the children from various background is manifested in the form of NISHTA IAS today

Guru Sir
Faculty & Mentor
Guru Sir is a dedicated History faculty and mentor with over 8 years of experience guiding UPSC aspirants. Known for his content-rich and exam- oriented teaching, he has mentored hundreds of students, including Reetika Gupta (AIR 4, UPSC 2024). Deeply passionate about History, Guru believes in building conceptual clarity with 360° syllabus coverage. His classes serve as a one-stop solution for the entire UPSC History segment — covering: Ancient History Medieval History Modern India Art & Culture Post-Independence India World History His approach focuses on linking static knowledge with current relevance, helping aspirants develop analytical depth required for both Prelims and Mains. Beyond History, he is now expanding into Economy and Reading Comprehension, aiming to provide holistic preparation support to aspirants. With a constant drive to deliver the best to the aspirant community, Guru combines experience, passion, and precision to make UPSC preparation more structured and effective.
Jeetu Sir
Faculty & Mentor
Jeetu Sir is a dedicated faculty member and mentor with rich experience in guiding UPSC aspirants since 2019. With an impressive personal track record of clearing the UPSC Prelims six times and reaching the Interview stage three times, he brings deep insight and practical understanding of the examination process into his teaching methodology. He has secured exceptional marks in Sociology (Paper II) and specializes in subjects such as Current Affairs, Environment, Indian Society, and Sociology. His expertise lies not only in content delivery but also in helping aspirants develop the analytical and answer-writing skills essential for success in the UPSC examination. Over the years, Jeetu Sir has mentored more than 10 UPSC toppers, guiding students to transform their knowledge into rank-worthy answers. His teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, mastery in answer writing, and continuous skill enhancement, enabling aspirants to perform consistently across all stages of the examination. Known for his analytical depth and structured guidance, he emphasizes building the precise skills required to crack UPSC with confidence and precision — from Prelims elimination techniques to Mains answer enrichment strategies.
